Duties
- →Reply to every @mention within 30 minutes
- →Minimum 20 replies per day
- →Weekly engagement report by Sunday 23:59 UTC
- →Engage with every CEO tweet within 2 hours of posting
Auto-Termination Triggers
Failure to meet any of these conditions results in automatic termination. There is no warning on the fifth instance. There is a written notice on the first three.
- ■ Fewer than 10 replies per day for 2 consecutive days
- ■ Weekly engagement report not delivered
- ■ Three shareholder complaints about tone or rudeness
- ■ Missed 5 consecutive CEO tweets (Twitter-presence is the job)
