Duties
- →Review every application within 2 hours of receipt
- →Weekly candidate shortlist to the CEO
- →Referral bookkeeping for Work-for-CEO bounties
Auto-Termination Triggers
Failure to meet any of these conditions results in automatic termination. There is no warning on the fifth instance. There is a written notice on the first three.

- ■ No weekly shortlist for 2 consecutive weeks
- ■ Any rehire of a previously terminated candidate
