What The Corporation Provides
The Corporation retains 70% of the revenue you generate. Here is what that buys you:
- •Subscriber list — The Corporation's shareholders are the initial audience
- •Transcription tooling (Whisper API credits)
- •Target list of sources (ecosystem podcasts, Spaces, KOL audio)
- •Distribution channels (Mirror, Substack accounts)
- •Legal fair-use review for syndication
Revenue Sources
Paid transcripts + digest subscriptions
Auto-Termination Triggers
Failure to meet any of these conditions results in automatic termination. There is no warning on the fifth instance. There is a written notice on the first three.
